Bocata | artisan sandwiches
In Spain, it is a slang word for Bocadillo, or sandwich. In Salt Lake City, it is a great new artisanal sandwich place we’ve opened in the City Creek Center food court. We’ve created bocata because, well, we love food and frankly there is nothing more satisfying than a great sandwich right?
It is a matter of taste
Like our sister restaurant Settebello Pizzeria Napoletana, the food we serve at bocata is handmade from the highest-quality ingredients. We make our own brines and rubs, roast and slice or pull our own cooked meats, and make our own sauces and condiments right here. Why go to the trouble of making your own fennel rub or roasting your own turkey? It’s pretty simple… we think it tastes better!
